Onsite Support and Facilities Management

Our Onsite Support and Facilities Management Services are geared towards customers who require resources to either support specific technology, parts of their IT infrastructure or their entire IT Infrastructure by being at their site.

Onsite Support Services (Specific technology):
We are happy to help whether you require an entire team of technical resources to support specific techology/technologies or a specific number of resources to be part of your already existing support team. So you can choose to either outsource any specific support service functionality to us or just hire resources as required. Where a specific support functionality is completely outsourced to us and onsite support is required, an entire ahana team both technical and management will be based at your site providing the best possible support services.

Facilities Management Services we offer is geared towards our SMB segment clients. Our resources will be based at your site and will co-ordinate/manage your entire IT Infrastructure (or parts of your IT Infrastructure). Where relevant we will resolve the issues ourselves or where it needs to be co-ordinated with other vendors (depending on your contracts with other vendors) we will do it. Weekly or based on requirements, stats reports on Infrastructure will be generated and presented to your management.
